Lead capture visitors volunteer for
Badge scanners give you a name and a company. A quiz gives you a person who chose to spend ninety seconds with your brand, told you what they struggle with, and ticked a consent box while doing it.

Why a game beats a form
Nobody fills in a form at a stall for its own sake. They will, though, to get on a leaderboard with a prize at the end of the day. The registration step of the quiz is the form; the game is the reason to complete it. Exhibitors who gamify their stall report noticeably higher engagement and lead conversion than those relying on brochures and badge scans.
Consent that holds up
- Two separate lines, as the DPDP Act expects: one to take part, one for marketing contact. The player ticks; the exact wording, time and language are stored with the lead.
- A privacy notice is generated from your event settings and opens from the consent line, in English or Hindi. Link your own policy too.
- Erase a lead on request from the dashboard; a hashed tombstone stays in the consent ledger so you can still show consent existed.
- Data stays in an Indian AWS region and is never shared across customers.
Ask what matters
Add your own registration fields (role, city, budget range, product of interest) and an optional one-question survey after the quiz such as "What is your biggest challenge in this area?". Answers land in the same CSV row as the score, so sales sees context, not just a name.
From the show floor to the CRM
Download a ranked CSV at any time, send it to your own WhatsApp from the stall, or connect a Google Sheet or a Zapier / CRM webhook so every player lands there the moment they register. Everyone who played gets a result email with your call-to-action button, and opt-ins can get a thank-you email when you stop the event.
Questions about lead capture
Can I make a work email compulsory?
Yes. Turn on the work-email rule and personal addresses such as Gmail and Yahoo are refused on the form with a friendly message.
What is in the CSV?
Rank, name, company, email, mobile, team, your custom fields, score, time, consent time and wording version, marketing consent time, survey answers, and when they started and finished. Times are in your time zone and the file opens in Excel.
Can leads go straight into our CRM?
Yes. Paste a webhook URL (Zapier, Make or your own endpoint) and a signed JSON message is sent when a player registers and again when they finish. A Google Sheet can be filled the same way.
Do we have to collect email at all?
No. A "Just a name" event asks for a name only and stores nothing personal. It is meant for training rooms and town halls rather than lead capture.
